Occupational Therapist Job in Petaluma, CA

You will join Santa Rosa Post Acute as an Occupational Therapist, providing specialized rehabilitation services to residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their functional goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), functional capacity, and safety
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Contribute to a culture of quality care and commitment to positive resident outcomes

What you bring:

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred

This 91-day travel assignment begins September 21, 2026. You will earn $2,774 weekly. You will work at a post-acute care facility dedicated to helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life through evidence-based occupational therapy.
