Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Lakeport, CA

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting at Sutter Health Lakeside Hospital in Lakeport, California. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of July 27, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• Work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Weekly pay: $2,812.32
• No floating or on-call responsibilities

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy in an outpatient setting
• Plan and implement individualized treatment programs based on physical therapy principles and practices
• Provide educational opportunities and serve as a resource within the hospital in your areas of specialization
• Complete orientation modules during your first week (1–5 hours average, non-billable time)

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapist license
• Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (B.S., B.A., M.A., M.S., or D.P.T.)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Two professional references from the past 12 months
• Seven-year work history verification
• Ability to complete required lab work within 3–5 days of assignment start

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system

All certifications must be current and in hand at the time of application submission. You will be working in a supportive outpatient environment with clear scope and predictable hours.
