ICU RN Job in Des Moines, IA

MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for the Intensive Care Unit. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment, working as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient recovery and comfort.

Position Details

• Role: RN - Intensive Care Unit
• Shift: 3x12 nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Duration: 90 days
• Start date: November 2, 2026
• Location: Des Moines, Iowa

Schedule

• Every other weekend schedule required
• Every other holiday schedule required

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $2,342.34

As an ICU RN, you will monitor critically ill patients, administer medications and treatments, respond to rapid changes in patient condition, and collaborate with physicians and specialists to deliver comprehensive care. You will utilize critical care protocols and maintain accurate documentation while supporting families during difficult times.
