PCU RN Job in Greeley, CO

Banner North Colorado Medical Center is seeking an RN for its Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You will work 3x12 night shifts on an 89-week contract beginning November 9, 2026, earning $2,532 per week.

Your Role

You will provide direct patient care to Cardiac and Medical-Surgical PCU patients across multiple Banner facilities. Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to organizational policies
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments addressing physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs
• Read and monitor telemetry for assigned patients
• Formulate and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Delegate and supervise activities of healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development

Assignment Details

You will be based at North Colorado Medical Center with float assignments expected to Medical-Surgical or other PCU units at the NCMC campus, Loveland campus, or Banner Fort Collins as needed. You will work a varied schedule including every other weekend and holidays per unit rotation.

Requirements

• Current valid RN license in Colorado
• Colorado CAPS, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience in the specialty area within the past 12 months
• Proficiency in caring for Cardiac and Medical-Surgical PCU patients
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and respond quickly to patient needs
