Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry unit in Greensboro, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting September 14, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,073.60.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• Every other weekend required; holidays as needed
• Patient ratio: 6 patients per nurse
• Float required across all facilities as needed

Patient Population and Responsibilities

You will care for adults and geriatric patients with observation needs, respiratory conditions, general medical and surgical diagnoses, palliative and end-of-life care, psychiatric observation, diabetes management, and post-surgical patients. Clinical skills required include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, blood product administration, central line blood draws, PICC line management, heparin drip management, BiPAP/CPAP management, high-flow nasal cannula, wound care and wound vac, IV insertion and management, and phlebotomy.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of experience (first-time travelers welcome)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed)
• Previous Charge RN experience preferred
