Occupational Therapist Job in Santa Rosa, CA

You will provide occupational therapy services in a post-acute rehabilitation setting at Blue Oak Post Acute in Santa Rosa, California. This is a rotating shift position offering 36 hours guaranteed per week at $1,755 weekly pay.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering occupational therapy assessments and treatment plans for patients in rehabilitation
• Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting therapy approaches as needed
• Helping patients regain skills for activities of daily living and work-related tasks

This position is available to start as soon as possible with a 91-day contract duration, beginning September 30, 2026. You will work a rotating shift schedule, which may include weekday and weekend hours depending on facility needs.
