Occupational Therapist Job in Salinas, CA

You will work as a Travel Occupational Therapist at Salinas Valley Post Acute, a skilled nursing facility in Salinas, California. This is a 91-day assignment beginning April 27, 2026, with a flexible shift schedule.

About the Role

• Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility patients according to facility protocols
• Complete detailed documentation in Net Health per facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care
• Provide clinically compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment
• Position may require floating to a sister facility within walking distance

Schedule and Compensation

You will work a flexible schedule with preferred options of Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. Your weekly pay is $2,336.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Active California OT License required or license in process under the 60-day rule
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship available
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
