Telemetry RN Job in Charleston, WV

CAMC Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Telemetry unit in Charleston, WV. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 12, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 4x12 night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Weekdays and every other weekend
• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• $2,300 weekly pay

Role Details

You will care for adult and geriatric patients on a full telemetry floor with centralized monitoring and a dedicated monitoring technician. Patient ratio is 1:5. The unit uses a team nursing model and may require you to float to similar telemetry units within scope as needed.

Patient diagnoses include pulmonary, cardiac, and general medicine/med-surg conditions. You will manage care involving Cardizem, Heparin, and Amiodarone, with a focus on cardiac telemetry, Heparin protocols, and dysrhythmia interpretation and management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Cardiac telemetry experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• WV or Compact RN License (pending license accepted for submission)
