RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Day shift position with hours from 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required
• Block schedule possible
• Requested time off blackout period December 24th through December 25th
• 1+ year of experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Wound Care required
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• 45-bed unit
• EMR system: MEDHOST
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Dress code: Dark Navy Blue scrubs
• Traveler must reside greater than 50 miles from facility
