OR Registered Nurse Job in Towson, MD

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Operating Room (OR) position at Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Towson, MD. This is a temporary assignment running 91 days, starting November 24, 2026.

Position Details

• Shift: Days, 5×8 hours per week
• Weekly pay: $2,275.20
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend shifts required
• Locals welcome; no radius restriction

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards
• Utilize specialized knowledge and judgment to assess patient data and provide age-appropriate care
• Maintain accountability for the quality of nursing services delivered
• Work within the facility's schedule without restrictions

Requirements

• Active Maryland nursing license
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 2+ years of recent General OR experience
• Demonstrated experience in GYN, bariatrics, vascular, ortho, neuro, and plastics
• Prior travel healthcare experience
• OR-specific skills checklist completion
• Resume with all employment gaps over 30 days clearly explained
• Two supervisory references: one from the last 6 months and one from the last 12 months
