Med Surg RN Job in Atlanta, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 110-day travel assignment at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. You will work on a dedicated 30-bed education unit, providing care to patients across the medical and surgical spectrum.

Assignment Details:

• Shift: 3x12 days per week
• Weekly pay: $1,813
• Start date: September 21, 2026
• Patient ratio: 5–6:1

About the Role:

As a Med Surg RN, you will deliver direct patient care in a structured environment that emphasizes clinical education and competency development. Your responsibilities include assessment, medication administration, wound care, patient monitoring, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Level 1 trauma center or mid-to-large hospital experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
