Telemetry RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

Join Christian Hospital as a Registered Nurse in our Nephrology Telemetry unit. This is a night shift position offering a structured 3x12 schedule with guaranteed 36 hours per week. You'll work with an adult patient population, caring for individuals with unstable cardiac conditions including heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and myocardial infarction, as well as renal failure.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with a 1:5–6 patient ratio
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmias
• Manage dysrhythmia responses and acute changes
• Assist with peritoneal dialysis procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV services, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and rapid response teams
• Work weekend coverage every other weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday based on unit rotation)
• Float to similar units within the service line as needed

What You'll Need

• RN license (Missouri or compact nursing license required)
• BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation
• 1–2 years of experience preferred; first-time travelers welcome
