Med Surg RN Job in Neenah, WI

ThedaCare - Neenah is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12-hour night shift Medical-Surgical position. You will work three shifts per week with a 5:30 PM start time, providing direct patient care to a mixed acuity unit.

Position Details:

• 36 guaranteed hours per week on nights
• Weekend rotation required up to every other weekend; open to every weekend travelers
• Float requirements throughout facility within skillset and to all affiliated facilities within a 60-mile radius
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: September 28, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,521

Qualifications Required:

• Current Wisconsin RN License
• Minimum 3+ years of RN experience
• Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg experience
• 1 prior travel assignment required
• EPIC charting experience within the last 2 years
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing
• AHA BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Neuro/Ortho Trauma experience required

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Primary focus: trauma surgical, neuro, and ortho patients
• Patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 on nights
• Proficiency required with chest tubes, PCA/epidural/Q-ball, CBI, and care of post-op neuro and ortho trauma surgeries including fusions and back/spine procedures

Additional Requirements:

• Black scrubs required
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
• Holiday rotation as needed
