Med Surg RN Job in Neenah, WI

ThedaCare - Neenah is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in Medical-Surgical nursing. This is a night shift role with a team-focused environment and structured scheduling.

• Shift Details: 12-hour night shifts beginning at 5:30 PM, three shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Weekend rotation up to every other weekend required. Holiday rotation as needed.
• Compensation: $2,521 weekly pay.
• Start Date: September 8, 2026.
• Patient Care: Medical-Surgical unit caring for trauma surgical, neuro, and orthopedic patients. Patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 on nights.
• Clinical Focus: Primary cases include neuro and ortho trauma experience required. You will manage post-op neuro trauma surgeries and post-op ortho trauma surgeries including fusions and back/spine procedures. Hard stops include chest tubes, PCA/epidural/Q-ball, CBI, and post-operative trauma care.
• Scheduling: Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of absence. No on-call or callback requirements. Float requirements throughout facility within skillset and to all ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius.
• Uniform: Black scrubs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of RN experience required.
• Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg experience and 1 prior travel assignment required.
• EPIC charting experience within the last 2 years required.
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing required.
• Current Wisconsin RN License, AHA BLS certification, and NIHSS certification required.
