Med Surg RN Job in Neenah, WI

ThedaCare - Neenah is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week Medical-Surgical position. You will work 12-hour night shifts beginning at 5:30 PM on a 3x12 schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the Medical-Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:5–6, paired with LPN or CNA support based on acuity
• Manage primary Med/Surg cases, including pre- and post-operative Cath patients, post-pacemaker care, and TR Band monitoring
• Care for occasional pediatric patients as assigned
• Float throughout the facility within your skillset and to other facilities within a 60-mile radius as needed
• Participate in holiday rotation as scheduled
• Work up to every other weekend (or every weekend schedule if preferred)

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin RN License
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an RN
• At least 1 prior travel contract
• EPIC charting experience within the last year
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing
