ED RN Job in Corpus Christi, TX

Join Doctors Regional Medical Center as a travel RN in the Emergency Department. This is a 13-week assignment starting October 5, 2026, offering a day shift schedule of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., three days per week.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, managing a 4:1 patient ratio. Your responsibilities include performing critical procedures such as STEMI protocols, Stroke/TPA, and RSI. Strong neuro and cardiac skills are preferred for this position.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience as an RN
• Current BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, and TNCC certifications
• EMR experience required

Staffing Environment

Day shift includes 5–7 RNs, 1 ER Tech (11 a.m.–11 p.m.), and 1 Unit Secretary (9 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday). Night shift includes 5–6 RNs, 1 ER Tech (11 a.m.–11 p.m.), and 1 Unit Secretary (5 p.m.–1 a.m., Monday–Friday).

Compensation and Duration

Weekly pay is $2,023.56 for a 91-day assignment. You will work three 12-hour shifts per week, providing flexibility while maintaining consistent clinical engagement.

Dress Code

Royal blue scrubs are preferred but not required. Competitor emblems are not permitted on attire.
