Emergency Department RN Job in Albany, NY

Albany Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for its Emergency Department. This is a travel nursing position offering the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Role: You will deliver emergency department nursing care, managing patient intake, monitoring vital signs, assisting with diagnostic procedures, and supporting physicians and advanced practice providers during emergency treatment.
• Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Assignment Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: October 26, 2026
• Location: Albany, New York

Requirements and Details:

• Current RN license (New York)
• EPIC electronic health record experience required
• Navy blue scrubs required
• One position available

You will work as part of Albany Medical Center's emergency nursing team, supporting critically ill and injured patients across all acuity levels. This role requires strong assessment skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and priorities.

As a travel nurse, you bring flexibility and specialized expertise to support facility operations during peak demand periods. Your compensation includes weekly pay of $2,669, along with standard travel nursing benefits.
