Telemetry RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

Christian Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position in Saint Louis, MO. This is a day shift role on the Progressive Care Unit with a 3x12-hour schedule, offering 36 guaranteed hours per week at $2,245 weekly pay.

Schedule and Requirements:

• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend requirement: 2 shifts every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule
• Float required within the Telemetry service line
• No on-call duties

Unit Details:

The unit has 46 beds across 29 rooms with a daily census of 27. Patient ratios are 5:1 on days, 6:1 on nights, and 5–6:1 on weekends. Unit secretary interdisciplinary support is available. You will care for adult patients with telemetry, telemetry stroke, and cardiac medication management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Current ACLS, BCLS, and NIH/NIHSS certifications
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of dysrhythmias
• Isolation precautions and PPE protocols
• Non-invasive airway management
• Peripheral line care and management
• Telemetry monitoring expertise
