Med Surg RN Job in Wausau, WI

Aspirus Wausau Hospital is seeking a registered nurse for their Medical-Surgical unit. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week on a 91-day assignment starting October 19, 2026.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care and maintain accurate patient records
• Float between sister facilities within the designated region as needed

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Current Wisconsin nursing license or valid compact state license
• BLS certification

Compensation and Schedule

You'll earn $2,331 weekly. Your assignment runs 91 days with night shift hours, giving you flexibility during daylight hours. The schedule is 3x12, allowing for extended time off between work blocks.
