Telemetry RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

Mercy Hospital St Louis is seeking an RN for a Telemetry position on the night shift. This is a short-stay travel assignment with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Role Details

• Specialty: Telemetry (Med-Surg/Tele combined unit)
• Shift: 4x12 nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekly pay: $2,803.20
• Assignment length: 140 days
• Start date: November 9, 2026

Schedule & Time Off

• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 per week (candidate preference)
• Every other full weekend required (Saturday and Sunday) unless otherwise approved
• Up to 5 days of requested time off per 13-week period automatically approved
• Expected to work at least one major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day)
• No call requirements

Clinical Details

• Patient population: 50% Medical and 50% Tele adults only
• Patient ratio: 4 to 6 patients per nurse (estimates, not guarantees)
• Float requirement to similar or lower acuity units as needed
• Orientation: Day shift orientation required; must be available entire week before night shift begins

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of Telemetry experience required
• Current Missouri RN license or eligibility for licensure in Missouri
• BLS and ACLS from AHA only
• NIHSS certification required
• EMR: EPIC
• Scrub color: Black
