NICU RN Job in Parker, CO

You will work as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at AdventHealth Parker. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting September 21, 2026.

Schedule and Hours

• 3x12-hour night shifts per week, 36 hours guaranteed weekly
• Weekend shifts required; scheduling is team-based and self-directed
• No mandatory on-call requirement
• If you call off on a weekend or holiday, your manager may schedule an alternative weekend or holiday shift in return

Flexibility and Travel

• You may float between regional locations as needed: Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, and Porter
• At least 2 hours notice is provided before floating outside your primary site

Clinical Responsibilities

• Care for neonates with gestational age greater than 29 weeks
• Demonstrate competency in newborn resuscitation and transition
• Work independently and collaborate with the NICU team

Requirements

• Current RN license
• National certification required

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $2,450.61
