Med Surg RN Job in Neenah, WI

ThedaCare - Neenah is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med Surg position on a 13-week travel assignment.

Position Details

• 12-hour night shift with 5:30 PM start time
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend rotation up to every other weekend; open to every weekend travelers
• Float within facility and to affiliated facilities within 60-mile radius
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks

Clinical Focus

You will provide care to trauma surgical, neuro, and ortho patients. Patient ratio is 1:5 to 1:6 on nights. You must have competency in chest tubes, PCA/epidural/Q-ball, CBI, care of post-op neuro trauma surgeries, and care of post-op ortho trauma surgeries including fusions and spinal procedures.

Requirements

• WI RN License, AHA BLS, and NIHSS certification
• Minimum 3+ years RN experience
• Minimum 2+ years Med/Surg experience
• 1 prior travel assignment required
• EPIC charting experience within the last 2 years
• Neuro/Ortho Trauma experience required
• Associate Degree or Certificate in nursing required
• Previous travel experience required
• Must live more than 50 miles from Neenah, WI campus
• Black scrubs required

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,521 for the 13-week contract beginning September 28, 2026.
