Med Surg RN Job in Shawnee Mission, KS

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for an acute rehabilitation position in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning August 26, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Medical-Surgical nursing in an acute rehabilitation setting
• Schedule: Three 10-hour shifts per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling 30 hours weekly
• Facility: SM Shawnee Medical Building

What You'll Do

You will provide direct patient care in the acute rehab environment, focusing on medical-surgical patients. Your responsibilities include patient assessments, care coordination, medication administration, and documentation. You will work independently without on-call or weekend obligations and will not be required to float to other units.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• ACLS certification
• ECG interpretation skills
• Ability to complete written documentation as part of the application process
