Emergency Department RN Job in Richmond, VA

Join the emergency department at CJW Medical Center Chippenham Campus as a registered nurse. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) in a 50-bed cardiac-monitored ED with an 8-bed Rapid Treatment Area.

Your Role

You'll maintain a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio while performing standard emergency department functions and procedures. You'll collaborate with charge nurses, RNs, emergency department technicians, and medics to deliver patient care. No floating to other units and no on-call requirements—your schedule is consistent and predictable.

What You'll Need

• Current RN licensure
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
• TNCC and ENPC certifications (preferred)
• Weekend availability
• Previous experience in an HCA facility is preferred

What You'll Work With

You'll use GE cardiac monitoring equipment and the Meditech EMR system. Navy scrubs are required for this position.

Assignment Details
