Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

Cone Health - Wesley Long Community Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Telemetry unit in Greensboro, NC. This is a 182-day travel assignment beginning December 7, 2026, offering three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM at $2,073.60 weekly.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care on a Medical/Surgical telemetry-capable unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
• Work Charge RN shifts as needed
• Float across all Cone Health facilities as required
• Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias using telemetry monitoring
• Manage heparin, insulin, and PCA medications
• Perform peripheral line care, IV starts and maintenance, blood product administration
• Administer nasal cannula and manage isolation precautions
• Participate in Rapid Response and Code teams
• Every other weekend required with holiday rotation

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Previous Charge RN experience
• Travel nursing experience
• BLS and NIHSS certifications
• EPIC EMR experience
• Pass compliance EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed)
