Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekends and holidays are required
• No call required
• Block scheduling requests cannot be accommodated
• May be required to float to like acuities or lower acuities as needed
• May care for IMCU patients based on census
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• 42-bed Med-Surg Telemetry unit
• Patient population includes cardiac, diabetes, CHF, COPD, renal, general surgery, orthopedics, and more
• Care for adult patient population
• Team includes RNs, LPNs, PCTs, CNAs/US, and unit secretaries
• Minimum of 1 year of MS/Tele experience required
• Must be proficient with insulin, heparin, and Lasix drips
• Meditech charting system experience preferred
• NC or compact license in hand at time of submission required
• Required certifications: CPI, ACLS, and BLS
