Job Details:

• 48 hours guaranteed is an option
• Work in a 38-bed Emergency Department with three main areas: Rapid, Main, and POD 3 (psych safe area)
• Day and night shift RN positions available with 7 RNs per day/night shift and 5 mid-shift RNs
• Day shift: 7 days; Night shift: 7 nights
• Required to work 4 weekend shifts and 2 Fridays minimum per 4-week schedule
• Required to work 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays
• Float to Brookside ED as needed
• Work with equipment including ventilators, BiPAP, EKG, arterial lines, Belmont, and chest tubes
• EMR system: Meditech
• Perform procedures including port placement and chest tube management
• Must demonstrate strong prioritization, time management, and de-escalation skills
• CPI certification preferred
• Ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, a team player, positive, and coachable
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
