ED RN Job in Nacogdoches, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Nacogdoches Medical Center in Nacogdoches, TX. This is a 12-hour shift position available for a 10 to 13 week contract, with a start date of July 6, 2026.

Position Overview

You will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis in a fast-paced emergency setting. Your responsibilities include supervising delegated staff, supporting facility nursing leadership, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care. You will maintain clinical standards, support overall unit operations, and oversee competency of clinical staff while managing appropriate resources related to patient care.

• Current RN licensure
