Telemetry RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

Christian Hospital is seeking a registered nurse for a Telemetry position on the Nephrology Telemetry unit. This is a night shift role offering 3x12-hour shifts per week with guaranteed 36 hours of work weekly.

Shift & Schedule

• 3x12-hour night shifts per week
• 2 weekend shifts required every other weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday based on existing rotation)
• No on-call requirements
• Self-scheduling unit

Patient Care

• Adult patient population with diagnoses including renal failure, unstable cardiac conditions (heart failure, atrial fibrillation, MI), and COVID
• Patient ratio of 1:5–6
• Cardiac telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Perform and manage Peritoneal Dialysis as a special procedure requirement
• May float to similar units within service line

Support & Resources

• Lift equipment available on unit
• Interdisciplinary support including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, and Rapid Response Teams
• Electronic health record system: EPIC
• Required scrub color: Navy

Requirements

• Current BLS, NIHSS, and NURSYS certifications
• 1–2 years of experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted

You will receive $2,260 per week for a 91-day assignment starting November 2, 2026. This is a direct opportunity with Christian Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri.
