Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday
• Night shift is on-call only
• On-call rotation by need
• Unit consists of 4 Cath Lab Rooms with a staff of 20 RNs
• Room mix of 2 RNs and 2 Respiratory Therapists per procedure
• 8-9 RNs staffed daily
• Patient ratio of 2 RNs and 2 Respiratory Therapists per patient during procedure
• Work with GE and Philips equipment
• EMR systems used: MacLab and Meditech
• Perform and assist with cardiac catheterizations, heart caths, peripheral procedures, A-fib/Flutter, SVT, VT, stroke, and complex neuro interventions
• Neuro and electrophysiology experience preferred
• Float to recover cath lab patients as needed
• Scrubs provided by the hospital
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, current RN license
• Strong teamwork skills required
