OR RN Job in Fort Worth, TX

Medical City Alliance is seeking a registered nurse to work as an OR Circulator at their surgical hospital in Fort Worth. You will support a variety of surgical procedures across orthopedic, plastic, and trauma specialties.

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as a qualified RN Circulator, positioning patients, prepping the surgical field, and monitoring equipment throughout procedures
• Support orthopedic cases including total joints, hip replacements, tibia and fibula surgeries, ankle and foot procedures, and mid-foot joint surgeries
• Assist with plastic surgery procedures including breast reductions, expansions, robotic XI and DV5 cases, and breast reconstruction using DIEP flap techniques
• Manage a patient ratio of 4 to 5 cases per team
• Float between the Surgical Hospital and Alliance campus as clinical needs require
• Respond to on-call requirements of 4 to 5 call days per month
• Be available for trauma call at the main campus

Schedule and Duration

This is a travel position with a 91-day assignment beginning November 3, 2026. You will work 3x12-hour day shifts (6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.), with a schedule that includes 6 to 7 days plus one weekend per month. Weekly pay is $2,049.84. Time-off requests are not permitted during the assignment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Circulator strongly preferred
• Willingness to work trauma call
• Ability to float between facilities
