ICU RN Job in Des Moines, IA

MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for a 6-month travel assignment in the intensive care unit. You will work a 3x12 day shift schedule with an every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday rotation.

Your Role

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients requiring intensive medical intervention
• Monitor patient conditions using advanced monitoring equipment and life support systems
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions in real time
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Ensure patient safety and comfort within the ICU environment

Compensation

• Weekly Pay: $2,316.60
