PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• Night shift position working 4x12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekly guaranteed hours of 48 per week
• Weekend hours required as needed with standard expectation of every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• No call requirements
• Float requirements as needed - customary float required upon request
• Patient ratio is typically 4-6:1
• Patient population is 50% Medical / 50% Telemetry adults only
• Must have experience with trachs, vents, and drips
• 1+ years of critical care experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG
• EMR system: EPIC
• Standard nursing equipment used on Telemetry unit
• Scrub color: Black
• Team player with strong communication skills and commitment to positive patient outcomes preferred
