PCU RN Job in Casa Grande, AZ

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a progressive care unit role at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center in Casa Grande, Arizona. This position offers a 3x12 night shift schedule for an 89-week assignment beginning December 7, 2026, with weekly compensation of $2,582.10.

Role Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards
• Review patient history and physical with patient and family; ensure completion within appropriate timeframes
• Review diagnostic and laboratory data and report abnormal results to physicians and caregivers
• Formulate individualized plans of care, including discharge planning based on assessment data and input from patient, family, and health team
• Implement care plans through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching; revise plan of care as needed
• Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation accurately and timely in patient records
• Participate in unit or facility shared leadership and support education and orientation of facility personnel

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in Arizona
• Minimum one year experience in an acute care hospital setting, with experience within the past 12 months
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Ability to work PCU, OBS, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred

Please note: This role includes a varied weekend and holiday schedule with no guaranteed hours. You will be assigned across multiple units based on facility needs.
