Med Surg RN Job in Neenah, WI

ThedaCare - Neenah is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Medical-Surgical nursing. You will work 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week (shift start 5:30 PM), providing 36 guaranteed hours weekly. This position offers no on-call or callback requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient ratio of 1:5-6, paired with LPN or CNA support based on acuity
• Provide care for medical-surgical patients with primary focus on pre- and post-catheterization cases, post-pacemaker patients, and patients with TR Bands
• Care for occasional pediatric patients as needed
• Float throughout ThedaCare - Neenah and affiliated facilities within a 60-mile radius according to skillset
• Participate in holiday rotation and weekend coverage (up to every other weekend)
• Use EPIC charting system

Required Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin RN License
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an RN
• Minimum 1 previous travel contract required
• EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing

Position Details:

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start date: October 5, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,404
• Uniform requirement: Black scrubs
• Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks of absence

Eligibility: Candidates whose home location or current facility is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI are not eligible for this position.
