PCU RN Job in Fort Worth, TX

You will work as an RN in a 18-bed Progressive Care Unit at Medical City Fort Worth. This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment beginning September 7, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36/40 guaranteed hours per week
• $1,708.20 weekly
• Weekend and call requirements to be discussed during interview

Role Details

• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Floating required as needed
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Hourly safety rounding, bedside shift report, and sit-to-commit patient experience requirements
• Procedures performed on unit and specific equipment experience to be discussed during interview

Qualifications Required

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years PCU or ICU experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• BSN preferred

Dress Code and Appearance Standards

• Scrub color per unit guidelines
• No artificial nails, gel, or next-gen nails; nails must be clean and healthy
• Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; pulled back if shoulder length or longer
• Body art must be covered whenever possible
• Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited, including nose rings and tongue rings
