Med Surg RN Job in Iron River, MI

Aspirus Iron River Hospital is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a medical-surgical unit position. This is a travel nursing role offering three 12-hour night shifts per week over a 91-day assignment beginning October 19, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Perform clinical assessments, administer medications, and coordinate patient care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Current Michigan state nursing license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to unit protocols

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: 3x12 nights per week
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: October 19, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,340
• Floating may be required between sister facilities within the designated region
