Telemetry RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

Mercy Hospital St Louis is hiring a Telemetry RN for a night shift position. You will care for medical and telemetry adults in a structured, predictable environment with a supportive team.

Position Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour nights per week
• Weekly pay: $2,102.40
• Assignment length: 13 to 26 weeks
• Start date: November 9, 2026

Scheduling and Time Off

• Every other full weekend required (Saturday and Sunday) unless otherwise approved
• Expected to work at least one major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day)
• Up to 5 days of requested time off per 13-week period automatically approved
• No call requirements
• Night shift orients on day shift; must be available the entire week for orientation

Clinical Expectations

• Patient ratio: 4 to 6 patients per nurse
• Patient population: 50% Medical and 50% Telemetry adults only
• Float requirement to similar or lower acuity units as needed
• EMR system: EPIC
• Standard nursing equipment used on Telemetry unit
• Scrub color: Black

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of Telemetry experience
• Missouri RN license required or eligibility for licensure in Missouri
• BLS and ACLS from AHA only
• NIHSS certification
