Med Surg RN Job in Neenah, WI

You will work as a Registered Nurse in Medical-Surgical nursing at ThedaCare - Neenah. This is a 13-week travel contract position offering stability and clear expectations.

• Shift and Schedule: 12-hour night shifts beginning at 5:30 PM, three shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Weekend rotation includes every other weekend, though the facility welcomes applicants willing to work every weekend. Holiday rotation as needed.
• Compensation: $2,521 weekly pay.
• Clinical Focus: Medical-Surgical patients with required experience in pre- and post-cath cases, post-pacemaker care, and TR Band management. Pediatric patients on a rare basis. Patient ratio is 1:5–6 with RN paired with LPN or CNA support based on acuity.
• Facility Details: Float requirements throughout ThedaCare - Neenah and to all facilities within a 60-mile radius. No on-call or callback requirements. Any missed shifts must be made up within two weeks of absence.
• Requirements: Current Wisconsin RN License and AHA BLS certification required. Minimum three years of RN experience and one prior travel contract required. Charting experience in EPIC within the last year required. Associate Degree or Certificate in nursing required.
• Candidate Profile: Previous travel experience required. Candidates must not be coming from a facility or home location within 50 miles of Neenah.
• Uniform: Black scrubs.
