Mad River Community Hospital is seeking an experienced Utilization Review Nurse and Case Manager to join their team in Arcata, California. This is a temp-to-perm position offering the stability and flexibility you need in your travel nursing career.

Position Details

• Five 8-hour shifts per week with 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• 91-day assignment beginning October 20, 2026
• Compensation: $90 per hour ($2,642 weekly)
• Temp-to-perm opportunity

Role Responsibilities

As an experienced Utilization Review Nurse and Case Manager, you will manage patient cases, coordinate care transitions, and ensure appropriate resource utilization. Your clinical expertise and case management skills will directly support patient outcomes and facility operations.

Requirements

• Active California nursing license (RN)
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Negative TB screen within the past 12 months
• Demonstrated experience in utilization review and case management
