Job Details:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• On-call schedule based on unit needs, averaging 3 weekday calls (2:30 PM - 7:00 AM) and 1 weekend call (Saturday/Sunday 24-hour) within a four-week schedule
• Work across a broad range of surgical specialties including General, Robotic, Mako, Neuro, Navigated Neuro, ENT, Orthopedics, Spine, Podiatry, Hand, and Urology
