Telemetry RN Job in Memphis, TN

You'll work as an RN in the Telemetry unit at St. Francis Medical Center - Park in Memphis, TN. This is a 13- to 16-week contract position offering 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

Your Role

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Supervise delegated staff to ensure appropriate care delivery
• Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality, safe nursing care
• Maintain clinical staff competency and manage resources related to patient care
• Notify the house supervisor of any shift cancellations

Unit Details

You'll work across multiple units with varying nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:7 or 1:8 on the 5B Floor Neuro Telemetry unit, 1:4 on the 5T Cardiac Stepdown unit, and 1:6 to 1:7 on the 6T Post Op unit.

What to Expect

Wear ceil blue or white scrubs as required by the facility. Your compensation is $2,007 per week. The assignment begins October 19, 2026, and runs for approximately 91 days. You'll be working evening to overnight shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment where attention to detail and patient advocacy are essential.
