Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

You will work as a Registered Nurse in Telemetry at Cone Health – The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 5, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Three 12-hour day shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every third weekend required; holidays as needed
• Weekly pay: $2,073.60

Role Details

You will care for adult and geriatric patients, including those recovering from CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions. Patient ratios are typically 1:6, with occasional assignments of seven patients of equivalent acuity on the rotating unit. You will float between all campuses as needed and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV services, respiratory therapy, phlebotomy, pharmacy, social services, and rapid response.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year of nursing experience (no first-time travelers)
• Travel experience required
• Current BLS certification
• EPIC EMR proficiency
• Ability to pass a compliance EKG exam (two attempts allowed)

Key Skills

• EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia recognition
• Medication reconciliation and vital signs monitoring

• Specimen collection and labeling
• Dressing changes and sterile procedure setup
• Telephone triage and pharmacy coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care rehabilitation experience
