PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work 3 shifts per week with 3-4 weekend shifts per scheduling period
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• 16-bed Stroke & Brain unit
• Telemetry and stroke experience required
• Cardiac drips and neurology experience required
• Basic dysrhythmia interpretation skills required
• NIHSS certification required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Work with equipment including Welch Allyn VS Machines, Hoyer lift, Sarah Steady Lift, telemetry monitors, bladder scanner, and Doppler
• Documentation completed in Meditech system
• Required to wear Navy Blue scrubs
• May be floated to any area where demonstrated competency exists
