Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract length
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours, which can be taken in hour increments as needed - unit will typically low census in 4-hour increments
• Primary location on Rehab unit with 12 beds and patient ratios of 1:4-1:6 PM and 1:8 Nights
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical Rehab experience preferred, or Medical/Surgical background considered
• Experience in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC) required
• Rehab knowledge required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA or ARC BLS
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub colors: any color
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, manages change well, and socially engaging
