ED RN Charge Nurse Job in Asheville, NC

Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking an RN to work as a Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department. This is a contract position available for 91 days, starting July 20, 2026.

About the Role

You will provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Level I trauma center environment. As a Charge Nurse, you will manage patient flow, coordinate care delivery, and support nursing staff while caring for patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions and acuity levels. You will work as part of a collaborative team in a high-volume emergency setting.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina
• Experience in emergency nursing preferred
