PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with one weekend per month rotation
• Prioritize and conduct start of care visits with next day mandatory reporting
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Complete clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of each visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours
• Territory covers Alameda County with potential expansion as needed
• Productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Caseloads and visit mixes are structured to average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
• Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor
• Training consists of 3 full days: one in-house and two in the field
• Documentation system: Kinnser
• Equipment issued: iPad and Verizon One Talk
• Mileage reimbursement provided from first to last patient
• Parking and toll reimbursement provided
• Company car option available
• California Physical Therapist license required
• Minimum one year of home health experience required
