Med Surg RN Job in Neenah, WI

ThedaCare - Neenah is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Medical-Surgical unit. This 13-week travel contract offers 3x12-hour night shifts (5:30 PM starts) with 36 guaranteed hours per week at $2,404 weekly pay.

Role Details:

• Float throughout Med/Surg and Rehab units, with potential floating to all ThedaCare facilities as needed
• Patient ratio of 1:5–6 RNs paired with LPN/CNA support based on acuity
• Primary cases: Medical/Surgical and Rehab; experience with pre/post Cath, post pacemaker, and TR Bands strongly preferred
• Occasional pediatric patients
• No on-call or callback requirements

Schedule & Expectations:

• Weekend availability required up to every other weekend; candidates open to every weekend welcome
• Must be available for at least 2 holiday or eve shifts
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks
• Black scrubs required

Requirements:

• Current Wisconsin RN License and AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 3+ years RN experience
• 1 prior travel contract required
• EPIC charting experience within the last year
• Associate Degree or Certificate minimum

Eligibility: Candidates whose home or current facility is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI are not eligible. Previous travel experience required.
