Med Surg RN Job in Pittsburgh, PA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 90-day travel assignment on a Telemetry/Orthopedic/Trauma unit at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position working 3x12-hour night shifts.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adolescent and adult patients in an orthopedic and trauma setting
• Manage cardiac drips and monitor telemetry on a mixed patient population
• Deliver orthopedic and trauma nursing care including management of joints, wounds, chest tubes, halo devices, traction, and pin care
• Support neurosurgical patients with specialized monitoring and care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

Assignment Details:

• Location: Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA
• Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts
• Duration: 90 days
• Start Date: September 28, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,422

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (Pennsylvania or Compact state license required)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Experience in telemetry, orthopedics, or trauma nursing preferred
