PCU RN Job in Plano, TX

Medical City Plano is seeking an RN for a progressive care unit position. You will provide direct nursing care to PCU and medical-surgical level patients in a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring safe and effective intermediate-level monitoring and treatment.

• Work three 12-hour night shifts per week (7 PM–7 AM)
• Manage standard medication drips, excluding insulin and vasopressors
• Maintain minimal to zero floating requirements between units
• Work two weekend shifts per two-week period as required

This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 24, 2026. You will support patients requiring intermediate-level care and monitoring, working alongside a cohesive PCU team. The night shift offers continuity of care and a consistent patient population.
